Fossil remains of a new type of prehistoric flying reptile may fill another gap in the history of evolution, according to scientists.Named , the remains were found in China and are thought to be around 160 million years old. Experts say it provides the first clear evidence of a controversial idea called modular evolution.David Shukman reports.
