Flooded Fargo Faces Spring Snowstorm

Just as the Red River begins to retreat from Fargo's fortified levees, the city is facing a spring storm that's expected to bring up to 14 inches of snow and wind-whipped waves that could worsen the flooding. The AP's John Mone reports. (March 30)
