First Atlantic Hurricane of season targets US
(NECN/ABC) - Hurricane Ida is the first Atlantic hurricane to target the United States this year. A state of emergency has been declared in Louisiana as people all along the Gulf Coast brace for the storm that could hit as early as Tuesday. Along the coast, residents continue to wait, and hope to escape a direct hit. ABC News reporter Viviana Hurtado has the story.
