Feds: Hands Off Medical Pot Users, Suppliers

Federal drug agents won't pursue pot-smoking patients or their sanctioned suppliers in states that allow medical marijuana, under new legal guidelines to be issued Monday by the Obama administration, Terry Jessup reports.
