FBI: Terrorist eyed U.S. Capitol

A Virginia man who emigrated from Morocco man snared in an undercover FBI investigation allegedly told authorities that he hoped to kill at least 30 people when he walked toward the U.S. Capitol wearing a vest that he wrongly believed was packed with explosives.
