Farmed caviar a booming business

Wild caviar is a luxury that is becoming more and more scarce. Sturgeon in the Caspian sea are fast disappearing as they are fished out of the water for their eggs faster than they can replicate. A caviar 'farm' in Demmin, in northeastern Germany is producing a convincing alternative. Richard Edgar reports.
