FAQ that! I got People!

Ok, this video is my answer to all the tax programs out there that send you to a generic FAQ page every time you have a question. I think I speak for everyone when I say "We are not cattle you can just prod from one generic web page to the next." Where's the dedication, the customized service? You know, one-on-one should be more than just a basketball defense strategy. Just because we file taxes in the new school way, it doesn't mean that we don't appreciate old-school service. Know what I mean? And that's just another reason to file with the Block! I know that I can ask a real, live tax pro my question — not sift fruitlessly through a pile of text, desperate for answers that never come.
