Fantasmic's Ursula Barge

Ursula barge to operate it. It became time consuming and the Ursula barge stopped operating. Another story, which I find more truth to, the inflatable tentacles had wear and tear and leaked air out. Disney didn't want to spend the money to repair or get new tentacles, so the barge is just sitting in the Fantasmic dock along Rivers of America.
