Fall For You-prequel
Before I start the story, theres some background info you NEED TO KNOW. [DAISYS POV] Hey, Im Daisy. Im a mermaid. I know what youre thinking, mermaids dont exist. Well, they do in my world! My brothers name is Chris; hes 2 years older than me, which makes him 16. Hes alright, but he gets on my nerves a lot, like most brothers. My BFF is Paige (love ya!) and we met in second grade when she knocked me over in the hallway. Inseparable since :D Were all mermaids. However, when we come completely out of water we transform into humans. Let me explain the situation. Since us kids were little, weve dreamt of being a part of the other world where people walk instead of swim. So when my dad Jacob figured out that we CAN become human, if only for a short time, then we jumped at the chance. Heres what we do: My brother, Paige, me and many other teen mermaids go to school in Boston, Massachusetts. Human school. We all rent houses that are less than a block away from the local beach that no one goes to except us; I doubt anyone else knows it exists. We go swimming and hang out for a little while, see our extended family and stuff. Then, after a few hours, we go to our beach houses and do homework, maybe see some school friends, and go to bed. Oh, and in order to be able to go to school, we have to sleep in the ocean. See, mermaids cant stay out of water longer than 8 hours or else we turn to dust. And during that time, we need to drink lots and lots of water. It usually works pretty well, except when theres the whole relationship thing. Friends & boyfriends, its pretty hard to balance being a mermaid. See, for a little over a week Ive sorta been crushing on this guy Carl, and hes totally cute. The only complication is the whole mermaid thing, and I forgot about his brother Josh; he likes me. In addition, Carls got a girlfriend named Angie, whos totally gorgeous and sweet. And I think her BFF Vicky likes Carl too. So, Me + Carl Angie Josh/Vicky= YAY. Like thats ever gonna happen. So what you just read is like the prequel to my story. Background information thatll be necessary to understand what happens in the next few years of my life. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Any questions dont hesitate to ask, Ill be happy to explain :] Oh & Im not sure yet what couple this storyll be (niley, jemi, jelena, nelena, kemi, kelena, kemily, kiley, nemily, jemily-I think thats it haha).
