Even Moderately Cold Weather Puts Lives Of Homeless At Risk

When the temperatures plunge, most of us just throw an extra blanket on the bed, or turn up the heat. But people who live on the street don't have that option. Simon Perez reports this cold snap is putting the lives of many of San Francisco's homeless at risk.
