SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. (WWLP) - In light of the tough economic times, one local restaurant is re-opening its doors after revamping their menu. Europa restaurant in South Hadley reopened Thursday after being closed from January 5th to the 7th. The owner has come up with a new menu as well as a new wine list with more affordable items. Also, if you're looking to save some money on a night out, Europa is offering smaller portion entrees and tapas at a less expensive price. Europa hopes these adjustments to their menu will help encourage people to dine out during these tight economic times. Manager Robyn Dudley said, "This is a much more affordable way to eat. Having tapas gives you many different options. Come get some. Four, five, six dollars, so if that's all you have to spend, you can come in and eat for that amount of money." For the weekend of January 10th and 11th, Europa is offering one free tapa dish (a spanish appetizer) to each table to celebrate their grand opening.
