Estonia fights the winter blues

If children associate the winter with snowmen and ice-skating, for adults living in the North of Europe it is often a gloomy period to be dreaded rather than anticipated. To help keep some of those winter blues at bay Indrek Leht has been organising the Tallinn light festival for the last 9 years. And for 6 weeks Tallinn residents can forget about the twilight.
