The Legacy Bus crew makes 3 tribally-focused stops in Houma, LA; Oklahoma City, OK; and Lawrence, KS. They view the impacts of the 2005 hurricanes on an American Indian tribe, learn about Native American health care issues, and visit Haskell Indian Nations University and the Haskell-Baker wetlands to explore the history of Indian boarding schools in the early 20th century.
