ENVIRONMENT: Basement flats flooded in Thames Water leak

Residents in Victoria have been forced to move out of their homes after up to 25 basement flats were flooded when a pipe burst on Warwick Way and Denbeigh Street. Thames Water were at the scene and a special centre has been set up for those who've been affected.
