
The video shows a daily scene of cheese maker and a farmer in their typical slow and slightly grumpy behaviour. They are proud and pleased having obtained the AOC for their Emmentaler cheese, but life goes on like before: from fresh raw milk they produce Emmentaler AOC in highest quality as ever. The only difference: now the cheese can be labelled with the governmentally approved and protected AOC-label. Emmentaler cheese from Switzerland is registered as AOC (Appellation d'origine contrôlée, PDO protected designation of origin) since autumn 2006
