(July 29)A magnitude five-point-eight magnitude earthquake has shaken Los Angeles. The U-S Geological survey says it was centered 29 miles east-southeast of downtown L-A. It struck just before noon local time.A spokesman for the Los Angeles Fire Department says there were no immediate reports of damage or injury. Buildings downtown swayed for several minutes.
