Drifting cargo ship towed to safety

A cargo ship with over four thousand tonnes of fertiliser on board is being towed towards the port of Hull after a night drifting in high seas. Having lost power in force-10 winds, the Vindo had forced the emergency evacuation of thirty workers from a gas platform that lay in its path.
