Disabled people in China are being employed by a Malaysian businesswoman at her factory in Shanghai to help them escape the poverty trap.Norani Abu Bakar, founder of "Home Sweet Home" only employs physically impaired workers who might otherwise end up on the streets, but says she is only interested in helping those who are prepared to work hard.Wendy Urquhart reports.
