Blog action: Tgblogs.tumblr.com Myspace: www.myspace.com/ Alternativecommunications I said I probably wouldn't put lyrics to this song, but I did. This song was originally titled "I'll Bring You A Sunset", but the lyrics I ended up putting to the music don't match that title. It's the first song I ever recorded (it was done without lyrics). I put it out in January of 2009, and since then I've progressed a lot musically. I added a little flavor to the music, and ended up writing lyrics that fit the music. I'm really happy I went back to this song. Lyrics: The face I see in dreams does bring A thought of nights and better things But nowhere do I see the path That takes us there, where we can laugh And laugh we will, just like we do For things are more than black and blue As bruises heal, and wounds are sewn No longer will we be alone Darling, we're as rare as Scrage But we're on a different page So let us find our place And let the past erase Baby, show me the way out Or show me the darkest route Because the light that you keep inside I'd rather you didn't hide But hide you will, just like you do But things are more than black and blue As bruises heal, and wounds are sewn No longer will you be alone Darling, we're rare as Scrage But we're on a different page So let us find our place And let the past erase So what's another song If you knew it all along? What's another hundred miles If I can see you smile? And what's another line If I can't call it mine? What's another hundred miles? Darling, we're as rare as Scrage But we're on a different page So let us find our place And let the past erase Let the past erase
