Dana Ward from http://www.GamblersTelevision.com Hello pro football fans from our Rockstar studio this is Dana Ward here with our NFL Injury Report for the sports betting public as well as Fantasy Football players. Chicago Bears special teams star Devin Hester left Sundays game with Carolina with an injury to his rib cage. The Chicago Sun Times reported that it was unlikely that Hester is suffering from bruised or cracked ribs and instead a pulled muscle. The Bears return man is scheduled for an MRI once the swelling goes down in his rib area. Bears head coach Lovie Smith reportedly offered no return date for Hester nor speculated about his availability on Sunday against Tampa Bay. Chicago is a 3-point favorite. Now off to the West Coast. Both Oakland Raiders star running backs were injured in their win at Kansas City on Sunday. Justin Fargas left the Chiefs game in the second quarter with a groin injury and is scheduled for an MRI. Rookie running back Darren McFadden is suffering from turf toe, which forced his early exit on Sunday during the 4th quarter. McFadden could miss practice on Wednesday and will be evaluated daily. The Raiders are at Buffalo on Sunday with the Bills a 9-point favorite. San Diego Chargers talented running back LaDainian Tomlinson saw limited action in Sundays 1-point loss at Denver. Tomlinson reportedly aggravated his sprained toe during the second quarter, which forced LT to miss much of the second half. The running back told the San Diego Union that he would not see a doctor for his toe injury. He also told reporters that his toe gives him a problem when he plants his foot in attempts to make cuts up the field. It appears that LT will attempt to play through this nagging toe injury. The Chargers are an 8 ½ point favorite when Bret Favre and the NY Jets face San Diego on Monday Night Football. That will do it for todays NFL injury report.
