Democrats Make Last-Ditch Budget Proposal

Democratic lawmakers on Tuesday proposed to undo Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger's signature tax cut to help fill part of the state's gaping budget deficit, though the plan was expected to be defeated by Republicans. Koula Gianulias reports.
