Demi: Okay, thanks. Nick: I thought you said you watch this show. Demi: I do... but I still get freaked out by the blood and the dead bodies. Nick: That's pretty much all it's about. Why do you watch it? Demi: I like how they use science to solve cases. Nick: That makes sense. Selena: *Walks in; sees Demi and Nick on the bed* Demi: Hey, Selena. I was looking for you. Selena: *Grabs Demi's hand and pulls her into the hall* Nick: *Left alone; a little confused* In the hall Selena: What are you doing? Demi: We're watching CSI. What's the big deal? Selena: You're leading him on! Demi: No... he's not interested in me like that. Plus, he's like four years older than me. Selena: So? Demi: He's too old for me. Selena: Does he know that? Demi: We're just friends. *Gets irritated* Selena: I repeat again. Does he know that? Demi: It's platonic. If you want you can join us. Demi/Nick: *Start dancing* Paparazzi: *Show up and take pictures* Selena: *Walks into the lobby* Demi/ Nick: *Still dancing; paparazzi crowding them* Selena: *Pulls Demi to the side* Dem, you can't do this. Everyone is so convinced that you two are dating. What about Nick Jonas? Your boyfriend. Demi: Chill. Nick and I are still dating. Selena: *Looks at Nick B* What about him? You've been leading him on this whole time. Demi: We're just friends! *Gets annoyed* I wish everyone would just believe me. CALL -- Demi and Nick J Selena: *Sitting by Demi* Demi: Nick, I get it. You're upset. Nick: Yeah, my girlfriend is thousands of miles away and she's found someone new. Demi: At least now... no one even suspects that you and I are dating. Nick: That's great... but I'd rather have you tell the whole world that you and Nick Braun are not dating. Demi: I'll think about that suggestion. Nick: Okay. *Changes the subject* So, how are things? I can't believe you're coming home in three days. Demi: I know... we actually got through these six weeks without seeing each other. Nick: Well, I can't wait to see you. Demi: So you'll pick me up at the airport? Nick: Yes. Demi: Anyway, the next three days are pretty busy. I don't think I'll be able to call you. Nick: I get that.
