(NECN/ABC) - A Canadian clipper continued to chill the midwest and plains states with a "don't-expose-any-part-of-your-body-to-the-elements", "white-out- conditions" type of cold. "We're going to see a big swath of snow come through and it's not just the snow," Katie Fehlinger of Accuweather said. Ice and wind chills have plunged temperatures into the double-digit negative numbers, breaking records. In Fargo, North Dakota, thermometers registered minus 29 degrees.
