Debevoise's Ezra Borut on green energy investing

The renewable energy sector is getting lots of attention from investors, both strategic and financial. And, with billions in federal incentives becoming available, an even greater flow of dollars into solar and wind power, electric cars, alternative fuel production and other green technologies is expected. In this edition of Inside the Deal, Ezra Borut, a partner in the M&A group at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, says as investors consider where to place their bets, corporations are increasing their presence in renewable energy.
