Acting Chief of Police Paul Suba and GPD legal counsel Jim Mitchell comment about the ongoing investigation involving the shooting death of Reynaldo (Rey) Gracia. Discuss if the police officers did use excessive or deadly force into the perceived 'deadly force threat'of Gracia. Suba says numerous attmepts were made to convince the man to put down what appeared to be a weapon. Suba also added he is working with the U.S. Attorneys office and he will asking the Federal Bureau of Investigation FBI to also investigate.
