The North Central Texas Council of Governments has signed off on my freeway traffic flow plan. The Federal Surface Transportation Commission has recommended that Congress commission a study whose goal it would be to propose exactly what my freeway traffic flow plan will do--reduce congestion on existing freeways! Now only the Texas State Department of Transportation stands in opposition to my plan, and that opposition is because my plan would make the Trans-Texas Corridor unnecessary! TxDOT and Texas Governor Rick Perry are pushing the TTC and toll roads, so this is the primary reason for their opposition to my proposal. And heaven forbid that a non-engineer should expose the design faults and problems with the existing freeway infrastructure designed into freeways by engineers!
