David Buchbinder: Spillover into Eastern Chad

In this video, Buchbinder discusses the spillover of the Darfur conflict into Eastern Chad, where Janjaweed militias have massacred both Darfuri refugees and Chadian civilians. The violence has led to massive displacement, including a reverse refugee flow in which Chadian refugees have fled into Darfur.
