CRIME/ TRANSPORT: New police agency targets crimes commited from motor vehicles

The Vehicle Crime Intelligence Service has launched at the Dartford Crossing. It is a new police agency targetting terrorists, drug traffickers and banned drivers who use vehicles to commit their crimes. It will be run jointly between the Metropolitan, Kent and Essex Police forces.
