CRIME: Scottish Parliament committee recommends publication of sex offenders addresses

A cross-party committee in the Scottish Parliament, has recommended that the names and addresses of the most dangerous sex offenders should be made public - if they fail to co-operate with the authorities. But critics argue that disclosure could lead to paedophiles being driven underground.
