CRIME: Manchester: Manhunt following family murders

Police have released a picture of the man at the centre of an international manhunt after four members of one family were found murdered in their own home. They want to question Rahan Arshad after the bodies of a mother and her three children were discovered in Cheadle Hulme near Manchester - it's thought they've been dead for nearly 4 weeks.
