CRIME: Julie Hogg murder: Billy Dunlop to be re-tried under double jeopardy law

Billy Dunlop killed his former girlfriend Julie Hogg in Teesside fifteen years ago. He stood trial for the murder and was acquited. He later admitted the crime - but an ancient law prevented him being tried twice for the same offence. That was changed in 2005 - and has now been used for the first time.
