CRIME: Deportation of criminal halted by judge

20--year-old Mohammed Kendeh has admitted indecently assaulting 11 women in the past five years and has committed a string of other offences. But a leading judge has ruled that deporting Kendeh to his native Sierra Leone would breach his human rights. The Home Office wanted 20-year-old Kendeh removed from this country on the basis that he posed a high risk of re-offending. Judge Sir Henry Hodge disagreed, saying he'd lived here since he was six and had virtually no family in West Africa. He's been criticised by one of Kendeh's victims, who's waived her right to anonymity in an interview with this programme.
