CRIME: Alleged Boris Berezovsky assassination plot

A man allegedly sent to assassinate the exiled Russian tycoon Boris Berezovsky has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder, police have confirmed. Scotland Yard said the man was arrested in London on June 21st 2007 - and handed over to immigration officials two days later. Mr Berezovsky - who's a fierce critic of the Kremlin - said he was happy that Britain was good at protecting people.
