Cops Offer Crooked "Get Out Of Jail Free" Card

Chicago Police are accused of offering a crooked "get out of jail free" card. A woman says she was told to plant a gun for it. The city has paid her a settlement, and the cops have been suspended without pay. CBS 2's Suzanne Le Mignot explains.
