Congo cargo plane crashes on capital

All 17 people on board the plane were killed and many on the ground are also feared dead. The country has one of the world's worst air safety records. It's the second time in 11 years a cargo plane has crashed in Kinshasa. Ageing planes in Congo suffer from a lack of maintenance and spare parts but they are often to only way to transport people and goods across the cast central African country.
