The cost of traveling by MBTA's commuter trains and buses is going up, way up with a major hike expected this fall. Five days a week, nine months a year Teri Leary depends on the Worcester MBTA Commuter Rail line for a ride into Boston. And if T officials have their way, she and other commuters are going to have to start shelling out even more to ride.
