Feb. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Shaun Cochran, head of Korea research at CLSA in Seoul, talks about the impact of Europe's debt crisis on South Korea's central bank monetary policy, economy. The Bank of Korea held off raising borrowing costs for an eighth straight month as the economy slowed and exports declined due to the European debt crisis.
