Coast Guard Rushing To Contain SF Bay Spill

The spill was reported at 6:48 a.m. from a vessel anchored at Anchorage Nine, located about two miles south of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge, according to the Coast Guard. Sharon Chin reports.
