Cincinnati Roller Girls ( http://www.cincinnatirollergirls.com)">http://www.cincinnatirollergirls.com) April 12, 2008 Home Bout Charity Cincinnati Gardens, 2250 Seymour Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45212 The Cincinnati Rollergirls donated a portion of this roller derby bouts' ticket proceeds to Relay For Life ( http://www.relayforlife.org/relay/), the American Cancer Societys signature activity. It offers everyone in a community an opportunity to participate in the fight against cancer. DJ Butch Gibson ( http://www.myspace.com/butchgibson)">http://www.myspace.com/butchgibson) was there as a representative of Relay For Life to accept the donation. Relay For Life is a life-changing event that brings together more than 3.5 million people to: * Celebrate the lives of those who have battled cancer. The strength of survivors inspires others to continue to fight. * Remember loved ones lost to the disease. At Relay, people who have walked alongside people battling cancer can grieve and find healing. * Fight Back.
