Church Pastor Beaten And Tazed Repeatedly By Border Patrol

I told them I was a US citizen. I told them I was on a business trip. I told them I had no drugs or humans in the car. That wasn't enough. They wanted to search the car, and I invoked my 4th amendment rights. I did not resist or fight back. Yet I was tazered repeatedly and shoved into broken glass. I was IN the United States. I had crossed no international border! FOURTH AMENDMENT The rig ht of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated; and no Warrants shall issue but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
