Christchurch Lives - Dave Berry

Dave Berry lives at Avon View Nursing & Residential Home in Christchurch. As Gen Kennedy chats to him, we learn of a staggering array of crafts and gardening skills that have enriched hs life over the years. We discover that despite two strokes which have caused mobility difficulties, his energy and creativity and love for life and for his wife have not diminished - an inspiration to us all! We also meet manager of Avon View Amanda Elliott and one of her staff, and get some insight into what the unit is trying to achieve.
