China Researcher Urges FX Reserves Shift

A researcher at the People's Bank of China urged the country to buy more euros and yen for its forex reserves in a report out Monday. Andrew Leung, chairman at Andrew Leung International, considers whether China's diversification from the dollar is good or bad.
