China drought sparks emergency

No rain or snow has fallen since November in the country's rural heartland, affecting over 40 percent of winter wheat sources, and officials are irrigating land to save crops. China's national Office of State Flood Control and Drought Relief says this is a severe drought rarely seen in history.
