Chicago Bundling Up For A Frigid Weekend

Say good-bye to the mild weather we've been having. This weekend will see a dramatic drop in temperatures and the arctic weather will stick around at least a few days. CBS 2's Joanie Lum reports on how city officials are preparing for the cold.
