Chef Alfred Portale Cooks Up Ravioli

The James Beard Foundation Celebrates American Cuisine annual gala dinner and Auction will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel in New York City Wednesday. Chef Alfred Portale, who is being honored, will cook one of the featured dishes.
