Check it out! Super cute baby elephant

(NECN/WBNS) - Beco, the baby elephant at Ohio's Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, is not even two-months-old, but already weighs 400 pounds. Zoo keepers said Beco gains about three-and-a-half pounds by drinking three gallons of breast milk a day. Beco is a quick learner, finding out the many uses of his trunk, for something as simple as scratching his leg, mainly by walking in the shadow and mimicking his mother, Phoebe, who is currently the center of his universe. Harry Peachey of the Columbus Zoo said that he is amazed that Beco's mood changes as soon he sees a television camera. read more
