Cautious on HK Reits

Supply tightness, good affordability and low interest rates make a bouyant property market. However, Peter Churchouse, director of property at Lim Advisors, tells CNBC's Maura Fogarty to be cautious about Hong Kong's REITS, favoring property stocks instead.
