
BOSTON (AP) - Alex Kovalev had two goals and an assist to lift Montreal to a 4-2 victory over the Boston Bruins and push the Canadiens back into first place in the Eastern Conference. The Canadiens are now one point ahead of the New Jersey Devils in the race for the top seed in the East playoffs.
