Cahill promises to veto new taxes as Governor

(NECN) - Massachusetts State Treasurer Tim Cahill joins Jim Braude on Broadside to discuss his candidacy for Governor. Cahill says he will run as an Independent and is vowing to lead the state as a fiscal conservative.
