Business Update: Stocks at 2-month low

Blue chips dropped 4 percent, a 332-point decline, to 7,949. The S&P 500 tumbled roughly 5.3 percent, or 44 points, to 805. The Nasdaq gave up 5.8 percent, a loss of 88 points, to 1,440. Speaker: Alan Valdes, director of floor operations-NYSE, Hilliard Lyons Conway Gittens reports from New York.
